@Matthew Brill  In typical Rich Dad fashion... you found a way to say how can I find the property I want, as opposed to shutting off your brain with the predetermined notion that you can't find it.

Meet-ups are a great place to network as already mentioned, and in this industry you can really just reach out to most people and offer to buy them a cup of coffee and pick their brain.

I didn't know what they were, but looked them up and found out that they come filled with nitrous oxide and are called "whippits" which you can inhale to get high (and just a bit of brain damage, which now makes total sense given his behavior). 

This real estate business only works long term for those who engage their brains and factor in ALL costs and risks.
