Hi everyone,I graduated college a few months ago in Boston and tried to start my own business but it didn't workout and so I focused on Real Estate instead and passed my NV License.

Although I've considered a future line of credit against the property as my best long term option, I would need to pay down the remaining balance first.

I love being on the other side charging everything possible on a credit card but there’s no reason to accept them.

So you will work on your credit while learning to underwrite deals. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

You ALWAYS need to do your own due diligence and even MLS listed properties may look like a deal on the listing but when you analyze them deeply they are not. 4.

How did you finance this deal?

I figured if I get a decent deal on a turnkey property that has at least 3 bed 2 bath I can prob rent for 2k a month give or take depending on the amenities and make decent cash flow. anyone else have any experience with renting single family rentals in this area?
