Separate policies will better contemplate your interest.

You are contemplating a business arrangement and an estoppel letter is appropriate if you can.

You should look to admitting a partner on a basis of sufficient capital contributions to "buy in", but exceptions can be allowing others to enter based on other contributions that are justified to further the business contemplated.

I've been contemplating hiring a database programmer to build something based on that concept, but I'd prefer it to be an online version.
