It's their first home purchase to boot, and they have 4 kids and a new job waiting here in a very tight rental and housing market.So, all that to say, I feel compelled to confront the situation and get the PM, employee/tenant and seller all in a room with me, leverage the situation, and put it on them to tell me how their going to "fix it".
