Then you need to get a decent loan for the balance, very hard in the cannabis industry.I love the ambition but I recommend starting a bit smaller to start.

I concentrate my efforts on RE because historically I have obtained by far the best return from RE (over 100% return annual).  

I just want to be free and clear so when we move to the next property we can concentrate on the cashflow business side vs the juggling of the credit card payments.

Ozone will do permanent damage to your lungs in this level of concentration.

At these meetings I also met wholesalers, and multiple real estate brokers who concentrate on investment real estate only in specific markets. 

If you get experienced, maybe tackle a project like this, but honestly, I know full time flippers doing millions of dollars per year that would never touch something that large, too much concentrated risk, too many things to go wrong.

I've heard stories in the past of other industry employees getting rejected and having to find private lenders etc, however, that was 2015-2018...and now in 2020 the industry is steamrolling forward in rapid growth, so more and more cannabis industry workers on W2 must be applying for home loans, especially out in CO. 

I would instead concentrate on stalking REO sites, sheriffs auctions, and your local wholesalers (even though I gripe about them all the time)... and get a realtor to set  you up with MLS emails.
