Has anyone had any experience in the assisted living/nursing home complex type of developments?

We have a 4 plex, family owned complex. 4 years ago we decided to move out of the complex.

The first floor features a two-bedroom apartment complete with a living room and a bathroom.

My family has a successful MTR there in a particular complex in the heart of downtown. 

While there are paid plans with more features, the free version is useful for basic analysis and getting a good overview of a property's potential.3.

I was analyzing a four plex and realized there are beautiful apartment complexes being built nearby.

His plan is to demolish both and put in a development complex.

I'll be wanting to give beta access at some point in the future with more basic features that would still be helpful.
