We’re fortunate to have an above-average income and live well below our means.This summer, we’ll be moving to Detroit (PCSing in August), and we’ve saved about $120,000 to invest in addition to having funds set aside for the home we’ll purchase in Detroit.The reason I’m posting is that I’m struggling to decide how to best allocate the $120k.

@Andrew Self I would like to think that my company is the best and offers the lowest rates and closing costs, but perhaps I am bias.

My question is where do I start with funding and how would I find investors if needed?

There is one city where I rent some houses and almost everyone that calls ask who the PM is and say they won't rent from anyone that uses X company as their PM.  

I imagine there is not much of a relationship with the turnkey service after the sale and I would deal with the PM and Loan company directly. 

I’m also in Nashville and run a property management company, so definitely happy to connect.

The ones that build out great companies build the skills, then they teach the skills to people to set calls for them, go to appointments for them and they continue to build out their company as a marketing/sales operation that is more fluid to create more revenue. 

Offer to do his inspections for free in exchange for some education on how to find, analyze, and fund deals.
