So, I think a small bank like that would be much more careful to deal in an ethical manner, because word spreads quicker and it's impossible to stay anonymous.While we've certainly seen unethical behavior behind the curtains of large banks, I do believe that most people that work at banks in smaller capacities, want to do honest work and be helpful.

We know that cash basis contractors have zero chance of getting a bank loan so he should never have been put into a lease-option no matter how bad he wanted to buy.DF doesn't have the above scenario in it's bullseye but buyer affordability certainly is and by inference ethical behavior by the investor in L-O.

You should have a Tips Hotline.Maybe if citizens were more involved in tipping off officials about odd conduct, threats made and explosive behavior we'd probably have less shootings and crazies carrying out crimes.
