We have basically switch some of our properties from short term Airbnb’s to mid term rentals.Currently looking to buy the next property to help accommodate some of the requests we are getting.Anyone else getting these type of requests for mid term stays?

Sale to sold ratio is 5:1 wow but price is flattening without reduction of seasonality ; basically this market is bought by in-migration from NYC/MA area pretty much, it's not an organic growth.

There are some lenders who specialize in lending for double closes and will basically send you the money for a couple days but I personally haven't done this and don't know what the charge.

you're "out of pocket" those costs, plus maybe a month of vacancy.my point - you're basically always out of pocket on a rental. sometimes the rent more than covers everything, other times it doesn't. 

I believe that doing cabins now I can basically do the same thing that took me 15 years to do in houses in terms of growing a portfolio worth 10 to 12 million to where I'll owe 7 to 8 million (3 to 4 million in equity/net worth) that will net about 150k to 200k a year.   

Basically where I have been getting the info from is the only place to get the newest info.

But the more property you buy the higher the likelihood of being involved in a situation where asset protection above basic liability insurance can SAVE YOUR A_ _ !
