All real estate investing (not including some creative strategies) involves acquiring real estate.

I'm in the process of acquiring a 100 space park, the park has 60% occupancy.

Accept that the successful RE investors have a well developed skill set that is not immediately acquired.

This will allow you to acquire more rental units and also being able to use the vacated unit rents at 75% to help your debt to income ratio DTI.There is a FHA 100 mile rule if you do plan on using FHA on your 2nd house hack.

Scenario: The investor owns 10 single family homes acquired over the course of the last couple years.

Between 2020 and 2022 they acquired something like $6B worth of real estate, more than tripling their portfolio…it is impossible for all those investments to be purchased at reasonable prices because if they were, competitors would also acquire them.

I’m willing to offer stakes in my assignments etc, in exchange for some help in starting out and acquiring my first deal. 

Multiple Properties:Single Property Purchase: Using the entire $110,000 as a down payment on one property could allow you to acquire a more desirable asset or a larger property, potentially leading to higher rental income.

I would HIGHLY recommend acquiring all future properties under your LLC or business to protect your personal assets.
