I only buy units I would live in so they must be top quality but we have no luxury accommodations where I am unless you get into multi million dollar AirBnB rentals which is not my market.

I typically run 80-90% occupancy so most of my check in an check outs are turns and therefore typically cannot accommodate early and late checkouts as an option.

@Jackie Cramer I would have an honest but gentle conversation with her and let her know that an extra two months puts you at odds with market timing and you are unable to accommodate it.
