I counted 6 different strikes from the machine on various areas of the house!

. , laundry machines etc (which are there already ) in case of breakdown etc.this townhouse is part of community with Hoa so not sure what gets covered .

I’m looking for ways to cover the expense of the water and electricity and I’m looking at “coin” operated washing machine.

They are a huge machine that has yet to get it right on much of what they do.

If the machine is outdoors which they sometimes are, they do make noise which tenants may find unpalatable.

Wish I had a time machine, and all it has to do is go back to 2008.
