I paint flat because you don't have to match sheen for touchup and am trying Behr scuff resistance to see if it lives up to its name. 

The tenants appear to take care of the house, but there have been at least one repair per month, including quarter-size paint chips on the deck which they want us to touch up paint. 

In need of a painter that can do touch up work for indoors for a rental property.

Rent in the park is 1.5k); and im very eager to start, but I would have very little money saved up for emergencies or to touch up any house before gaining cashflow from the house.

I like to do all that is needed rehabbing mechanicals then touch up on the renovations (since I am already paying for labor), on the front end.

Most states consider paint touch up as regular wear and tear.

If they leave it clean we do not charge the tenant but I still send in my cleaner to touch up and get things like blinds and behind the frig which most tenants always miss.

A few hundred for lead paint touch up work as well not counting afew hundred for an inspection though you could go lead free in post 1930s housing.
