I am NOT using adwords to find these leads, but some SEO 'trickery'.

He still closes deals of his own (referrals, family/friends etc) but is focusing most of his time on SEO/lead generation. 

Also SEO is very important, and every developer will tell you they are a SEO specialist.

The PRO account should help IF you put the time into it.All I can say is that this thing is  a machine for organic SEO.

I'd say stay with a .com domain and don't worry about the SEO aspect.

Website, SEO, social media, research, crunching numbers, time to go look at properties/take pictures, call FSBOs, drive for dollars, etc.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Don't spend a ton of time on this, but make sure all of your online profiles (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Activerain, Yellow Pages, Yelp, etc.) link back to your web site and that it's properly structured.4.

I could make $5k/transaction almost effortless, and my price would still be cheaper than other turnkey marketers and providers.
