I use it for managing about 70 properties and it lets tenants submit their own maint requests through their tenant portal.

Are all my invoices uploaded to my owner portal?

VersaPay basically enables the bank to bank payments so it's a nice API for us to plug into that way.I'll have another look at it as we are planning to launch a tenant portal this autumn and it would be nice to integrate.

I can't speak to maintenance management or anything else like that but now that I've had a PM with a cloud solution that has an owner portal, I don't think I'd want to go back.

They use AppFolio, and I'll be able to log into their portal anytime.
