In particular I adore the podcasts, especially the Money Show, and am reading my way through the BP book library.

I have access to Realquest Pro at my local library. 

Both books were taken out  of the library, not even purchased!

PC has high PM fees and is a big condo market.

I've read a bunch of your posts and listened to a lot of podcasts over the last week (listening to show 61 as I type this).To find the place where I saw three free uses, click on the link below, do a 'Control F' to search the page (or another search function if you are not on a PC), and type in "you can try" and it should take you right to the spot.

I'm down for us all getting dinner and/or at a library first to discuss long term goals.What weekday (or weekend) should we all try and meet up?  

In this PC culture, it was recommended for everyone to drop that word and use "Housing Provider" going forward.Seems to make sense, which I'm going to do.

I know lot more than real Estate, there is nothing that a simple book in the library can't teach you..
