In a nutshell, a Condo Hotel (or Condotel as they are know in the industry) is a hotel where each unit (typically a suite) is individually owned, and when you are not staying in the unit, it is rented out to the paying public on a nightly basis.If you have ever stayed overnight in a ski resort, or a popular tourist destination in Florida, Hawaii, or Las Vegas, you may even have stayed at a condo-hotel.

This will not happen overnight but it will probably happen sooner than the historical average might suggest.

I went to one of their presentations (aka sales pitches for the weekend boot camp) here in Denver.

I know a lot of investors don't like the thought of going to boot camps and buying programs off of so called real estate guros.

When you attend a presentation boot camp you will learn terms like “mimicking” and “embedded” commands.

The place is frequented by drug addicts and homeless vagrants who are taken advantage of by the tenants in exchange for allowing them to stay overnight.

Credit repair does not happen over night though!

We camp in the state parks there and it is just the finest place to be.
