I live in the SF bay area so the prices as you know are higher than other parts of the country but I have faith that I will find a deal in this mailing.

We just had an offer in the bay area that was close to if not lower than others because it was cash, 10 day close, 5 day inspection, we also took all closing and title costs.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good accountant in the Contra Costa county of California (San Francisco East Bay area - e.g., Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez, Lafayette areas).  

Does anyone have experience buying land and building a property in the bay area?

I am a Bay area investor, in SF for now.  

I know the south bay area fairly well, but it's likely too expensive. 

I have also sold several properties in the East Bay.  

I would say upper east side, east side, downtown, third ward, bay view, far south side.

Hi Noah,Bay Area has great perks for appreciation, however it can also go the other way.  

Open to any insight or advice, especially about investing in the San Francisco Bay area.
