I could be wrong but I suspect this is not a cash flow rental deal its an entitlement sell to a builder deal. so your concerns are not even close to germane but  I could be wrong of course I am many time.s

As far as "affluence", goes I'd rank the areas as follows:1) German village/Bexley2) short north3) Olde Town East4) Franklinton5) South of Main6) Linden7) HilltopHowever, Franklinton is great to live in, like anywhere.... don't leave your laptop in your backseat overnight, and you hear the occasional gunshot, but honestly that's anywhere close to downtown.That's just my opinion from living in the city for almost 10 years and living in two of the mentioned areas.

Here are the notes from a few of our companies and their dog restrictions.Acuity – Akita, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terriers and wolf-hybrids are not acceptable.Other dogs that have previously bitten or dogs with vicious tendencies are not acceptable.Wild animals kept as pets are not acceptable.Applicants with horses or farm animals must be reviewed with the underwriter before binding. Australia super expensive, every city priced like San FranciscoChina and Israel the government owns all the land, you are just borrowing it, buy in America to experience being a true ownerGermany non residents need put 40% down and i think 20 years is max, Also unless you speak German I imagine it would be hard to coordinate with contractors and property managers etc.
