I know quite a few investors that do mailers with success. 

CA that had very large recreational subdivision built in the 50s 60s  quite a few of those go.. 

I think having separate cards would get quite cumbersome. what apps do you use for this to scan the receipts?

My family goes to our STR quite often and we alway have a nice time. 

I don't particularly want to sell my share of this property as it has appreciated quite a bit since we've initially invested and I'm hoping I can eventually get him moved out to turn it into a full-time rental property. 

These are quite literally opposing areas in nearly every facet.  

I have worked with quite a few out of state investors. 

So for example, in the Orlando market, a 4bd house is pretty low as a standard but over here in the Tampa Bay Area a 4bd house is quite high on the STR ladder.  

Now they are stating since moving here they developed severe allergies and other issues, and have been going to the ER quite often.

It’s about 4 hours away from me and had become quite difficult to manage being so far away.
