If most banks dislike money that has been borrowed for use of a down payment on a mortgage, why is it that Investors can use hard or private money lender’s or OPM to do deals?

If the latter is the reason, you need to "educate" them (I dislike that term - "educate" - it sounds so pedantic) in how a contract works.

Hi Timothy-What turnkey company did you use and what did you like/dislike about them?

I don't really travel out there much, its the kind of suburban hell-sprawl that I dislike on a moral basis for reasons too complex to list here.   

Many investors don't dislike or not invest in the stock market, they just allocate more capital to REI and are getting 2x, 3x, etc. better returns.  

Lenders like class A assets what they dislike are the older smaller mixed use buildings with mom & pop businesses.The type of businesses you have in your buildings also effects your insurance premium greatly.

Plus I very much dislike any sentence that includes "just play dumb."

We also really dislike living here and would love to move elsewhere.

What do you like and what do you dislike about their courses and content, thoughts on how they run their program etc.?

I tend to dislike receiving a dozen or more notices from some wannabe that he/she is going to buy my property for cash.
