You could have two brothers, both with two kids, and a friend with two kids.

I don’t generally think about the upvote button, but sometimes I will search a topic and find an answer from years ago that is very informative or puts me on a path to the answer.Even though you may not get votes, there may be someone that finds your post super helpful, whether it’s today or a couple years down the road.I have thought about creating one of those copy and paste posts that provides links to other people asking the question “I live out of state and my mailman’s sister’s brother has a friend whose co-worker said that Texas is the number 1 place to buy property, what is the market like in Texas?”

My brother and I were trying to do real estate, doing fix and flips and started a construction company but was only doing enough to get by. 

In 2007 my brother bought a house in Riverside, California for $425,000.
