you need to dodge capital gains and foreign buyer tax.. you should consult a tax expert..If I was in this situation I would just sell (not advice) and buy a cash flowing mobile home park in the midwest

He is one of the partner ,there are many others In this partnership,as in, they all pool the money to buy land and build large single family homes .

Are you buying turnkey properties or ones that are distressed and need rehabbed?
