But most people here seem to push rentals as a way to really make a sustaining income.With some of the deals out there I can see coming into a transaction and being immediately in the Black on a rental!

He had no credit rating to begin with so he doesn't fear the black mark and my guess is that I'll be lucky if I ever see anything back.The one thing you do have going for you is that it seems that this ex-tenant of yours must make some good money if they built up that much debt in only 3 months so they may be more able to pay their debt than my deadbeat.

As someone already said, make your properties safe before you rent them out.Slumlords give the rest of us a huge black eye.

In high traffic areas (kitchen in particular) the grout is very dirty--black.

If you are going to use bandit signs, I find the best strategy is to use what the other guys is not using.For instance, if you see a lot of yellow and black, go with blue and white or red and white.
