Some indicators you can look art are- job growth, employers in area, median household income, rent rates, crime in the area, etc. 

Listening to a few of the webinars and the art of analyzing deals keeps screaming at me as a weakness I need to work on.

I bet you'll still be seeing word art in model manufactured housing for the next 5 years, minimum!
