With all due respect you do not my story or how i run my business so you don't have any right to run your mouth. 

Seller is telling you to put your money where your mouth is, if you are not intending on closing the property I wouldn't do it. 

Again, your reputation and your word must be pure as 24 carat gold in this business, and anything that even hints at shady dealing or talking out of both sides of your mouth must be avoided at all costs.

However you have a right to very detailed information about the inspection of the property...detailed report, pictures, video or tag along but keep your mouth shut.

Sounds like an insurance agent speaking, and that too is a good idea, but it sounds like you may have lost a case or perhaps you were a party to a matter that left a bad taste in your mouth for LLCs, keep in mind that when something is said here it is put out to the whole country (or world).

Would you have a mechanic work on your mouth just because he knows how to brush his teeth?

If it looks like the license might get in the way in the future, I can always reconsider it.Aly,It has nothing to do with being full or part time.If you open your mouth you could be crossing the line if the other party has a property to sell.
