Oh, and don't just ask the lady driving the Beemer, ask everyone, waitress, car wash guy, the guy driving the '82 F-150, they may or may not have a house but their relatives do!

Even your waitress at lunch knows people, has relatives, has a neighbor!

Get them to every friend, family member, waiter/waitress, and anybody who will listen to you.

Just because the waitress appears to be too young, unqualified or going to school doesn't mean she doesn't have family or knows others who can buy or sell. 

She makes ~$35-40k but as a waitress so there's nothing verifiable.

Eventually I came to the conclusion that it took up to much of my time and only bought 2, one of which I sold to a waitress who works for us.

When I was a cook I remember listening to some middle age waitress telling me about each new beanie baby she purchased and how much it would be worth someday.

@James BoprieI like the idea of giving the waitress your card before you sit down.1 Listen more than you talk.2 ask if he could go back to xx (fill in your age) where would he start today.3 ask what markets he likes now and why.4 ask for 1 book he thinks you should read.

If he saw me at a bar, he'd send me some beers delivered by the waitress with the biggest hooters.
