Very dark inside I will add natural lighting upstairs with sky tunnels.I will offer lower after 153 days on the market the price is still high and pay like 20% down to operate on breakeven basis.I do not anticipate homes of this vintage or neighborhood homes to appreciate much.

All of the photos seem to show (what looks to me like) granite or quartz countertops, wood or tile floors, and replacement cabinets (except for one, which had nicely refinished  vintage (mid-century) cabinets.

If they are *good* comps (within 1/2 mile, sold in the last 6 months, same basic floor plan, same basic vintage, same basic upgrades, same side of the freeway or river, or mall etc) then 3 is fine.
