If the appeals court that will hear the case starting this Wednesday upholds a judge's ruling that the building is illegally tall, crews will have to start unraveling the top 20 floors.

We just took over for some owners who had been with them and what we're unraveling is a mess.

The house was in escrow for a sale price of 110,000 . when this all unraveled .

I believe we will see compressed cap rates unravel as less asset-rich buyers are in the market, as well as the psychology of the average consumer become more pessimistic in response to a bearish environment in our American equities markets.

I tend to quote a flat fee for this type of accounting, but if you've insisted on doing it yourself and I have to correct it, I charge by the hour to unravel your mess and redo it.

Only thing to consider is if the economy destabilizes (because of the last week it seems to be unraveling on Wall Street).

Sometimes that means recommending a deal with a lower price (commission) that is more likely to close than one with a higher price (commission) that is more complicated, may take longer, and may unravel.

Then if you rifi, you'll have to unravel and transfer title again costing another 2-5%.
