There seems to be a lot of, "in the interest of the greater good, we are going to unintentionally make it worse for all".  

:-D  Originally, before I got angry, I was trying to think about it as him helping someone out, and I honestly think that he is, that is what I keep telling myself...just the feeling of getting lied to, even unintentionally, burns me up inside faster than anything. 

I am just getting back 'into the game' after a decade long (unintentional) hiatus.

So far I've (unintentionally) flipped my first house and am now currently house hacking a duplex.

I have not yet completed any personal investment deals unless you count my first primary residence that I unintentionally flipped.

Obviously have not done this before and want to be really clear on deal structure before I start so I don't unintentionally screw investors or myself. 

It would have to be unintentional damages.

If for instance the PM or realtor made an unintentional mistake/was negligent/etc, then you'll want to be able to have a third person on your side who could potentially alert all parties to the situation.

I will research a lot more as far as laws in each state and work with more professionals so I am not unintentionally crossing any legal lines.
