I have a duplex with a tenant one on side who is living in unhealthy / hazardous conditions (I'll call it UNIT A), I would normally start eviction immediately, but have not because of the moratorium. 

All 3 unhealthy.

In the US we did back in 2009, but it was very time consuming and was tough to do on food, given most of the coupons are for very unhealthy food.

For example I hate doing drywall jobs, it is messy, unhealthy, and time consuming and very difficult the estimate.

So if 1% and 50% rule aren't covered you could cashflow but the property is underperforming or is an unhealthy investment. 

My concern and question is will I be responsible for the tree if the city deems that the tree is unhealthy?
