I reached out to Obie for a quote and this is the response I received via email:"We’ve heard back from all our markets and unfortunately, we do not have a market available for your property at this time. 

Unfortunately almost every franchise involves renting the occupied space when the property would have made more money than the business.

Like anything.. when you pay for training and support you have to put in the time on your own as well to see the results, unfortunately it does not come with a magic bag of dust, but if you are looking to find the right path in this marketplace you are in good hands with Matt and his team.

I have enjoyed Stessa's interface but unfortunately it is useless to me if I have constant bank connection issues. 

It seems that often when companies acquire large books of business in one shot there are growing pains and unfortunately those are felt at the client level.

But I'm now looking for MLO endorsement which unfortunately he can't do... 

If so what were the circumstances and what was the reasoning?

I believe there may be special exemptions around a job relocation or other extenuating circumstances.

(yes, each option has volumes of disclaimers, circumstances and variables...at a high level, conceptually and then we can go deeper as needed.)
