Its an unbearable injustice and no one is fixing it, its too much to bear.

I was pretty unbearably upside down.My co-owner wanted to sell for a loss but I couldn't because I didn't have the cash to close it clean, so he sold me his half (by paying me to take it) and I began renting the place out.I began renting this place in 2009 after 9 months on the market but was still losing cash.  

Unless the tenant is absolutely unbearable you'll be able to find a renter if the unit is priced right.

I am familiar with the south shore area as I use to live in Norwood and the commute was just unbearable (Rt 128 traffic is a killer, Watertown is about as far south as I’d realistically would want to be).Someone mentioned looking for FHA loans which would allow me to put down less than 20% down payment, however is that advisable if I have the cash for the full 20%?

Work has me to the point of where its become unbearable.

You name it Notes, deep discounted wholesaling, fix and flips, residentials as well as commercial from mixed-used, small resi to larger commercials like hotels etc ...well nevermind me ask Kiyosaki.So much phenomenal potential in the lone star state its almost unbearable.

But selling a house is expensive under the best of circumstances (one of those cases where I'm sure a lot of smart people are working hard to introduce automation) and unbearable if you're underwater.  

It can be quite challenging because when the properties are foreclosed on that us usually because owners have neglected the properties for so long, and the tenants are usually living in unbearable conditions.
