Jay, I don't think Tardus ever did recommend specific investments, in fact the same Tardus poster made this same comment in a post 2 years ago, so I gotta believe them.My analysis or critique of Tardus is not that they're recommending lousy investments or getting paid to, I don't believe they are, unlike a lot of others.

If the "inspection" you’re referring to is the appraisal and there were issues causing delays in its approval, that could explain why your rate increased since they've been a little volatile lately.

I have seen this work in high priced markets like San Jose Ca.. where the property owner is a very wealthy business person with no time for rentals and the person they sublet to is close t them either friend or bizz associate and will work the property to make  the delta as the owner just does not want to mess with day to day and there is extreme trust.The other thing I have done personally is with the insurance companies ..
