Next,3 separate thermostats is a good sign, but you need to ask the inspector how the thermostats are controlling the HVAC.

I believed the unit was freezing when an STR guest would turn the AC on with cool temperatures outside and locked out the thermostat range... which got me to this Feb when my electric bill tripled.

In reality I only change it at the end of a lease if needed, but that tends to keep them from setting the thermostat to 64 degrees in the summer.
