@Darren Ferguson usually online apps and software are optimized to work on phones or tablets.

I am always looking for better ways to do the math.I like to go with Kindle since I can carry all my books on my cell phone or a tablet. 

I keep all presentation material on a tablet in case I need to do a presentation, write a contract, listing agreement on the fly. 

(Meanwhile, every other profession has switched to cloud-based apps and tablets or phones to record data.   

@Brittany Minger technology exists that allow people to stream and view from a tablet or cellphone onto a tv .

It's like adding a tablet to your plan though so it can add up if you have a couple.

While out and about evaluating properties, I make use of my smart phone or tablet to make notes, take pictures, do quick calculations, etc... 

That may be but we have a son with a powerful gaming computer, a smart TV, several tablets, a laptop, and five phones in my house.

I notice the key difference is the platform used to make the booking, most people using cellphones/tablets to make their reservations use Airbnb, when they are using their computer the ration is more like 55/45.
