And remember I have joined the ranks of the furloughed or retired pilots.. 40 years flying around in those little bug smashers I figured i temped fate just about enough and am fine with all the fond memories.I did truly love flying into Pangborn though and the airport at Chelan that one is a little tricky..

This period of warmer temps (which is technically not even completely true depending where, how, and who you choose to get your data) has happened before and will happen again.Still, if you enjoy cool. wet weather and Blue politics I imagine that Oregon would be a splendid place to invest.

Our temps are close to 100F this week where I am in Canada (yes I had to convert from Celsius) and even without AC my house stays a lot cooler doing those few things.

If the fan is not properly attached to framing or a for-the-purpose brace, they certainly can vibrate and become loose enough to fall.Having the ability to move air when temps are uncomfortable provides pleasant relief, and is FAR less costly to operate than an AC, which may be an important issue for the Tenant.

I have to believe this was intentional waste of energy.By the way I have now set the min temp to 68 degrees so in the future no one will be able to cool unit to 61 degrees.

It is not a bad idea, but I think 67 max cool temp is reasonable.  70 is a little more aggressive.
