Do I take my survey that I had done to a land planner to see how many lots can be put on the tract.

I'm curious if others are using structured surveys for tracking trends in experiences.

No one can explain how this happened and it was recently surveyed 3 weeks ago with the measurements in the attached picture.

Along with the price increase, do a market survey where you find comparable homes (on rentler for example) and see what their rents are.

I recently ordered a survey on the two lots I own, and realized that I may be approaching this the wrong way. 

So I obtained the original survey of the home when it was built and at different points when it was sold (I was fortunate in that family had owned it before me and I was able to do the research to get to all of those surveys). 

I don't think it will be as simple as trying to just undo what the last owner did; you're going to need legal descriptions of each lot and that generally requires a survey.
