The last thing tenants want to do is lose their section 8 support, it takes years to be approved for it.

You have a good support system here, hopefully your brokerage does as well.

All in all, so far, I'd give them a 4 out of 5 for the features they DO support.

I'm especially interested in hearing about how you've made a PMS geared more toward STRs work with MTR billing and leasing.I do remote operations support for an MTR/LTR company in Denver and am assisting with our tech stack build out. 

But I'd like to see Lynnette's projects to support your claim "the portfolio was a 30% increase in cost to the consumers" since in TN, NC, VA, NC PPAs are priced at avoided costs. 

They also have a support ticket system and customer support contact number that sends you directly to a human being.

Did you authorize the release to the builder or is the title company still holding the deposits.
