You can also find that area by hovering over the tools tab and clicking "landlord resources" under services.

I’d recommend using Excel or a tool like Trello or Notion to track what you need, compare deals, and stay on budget.

I have never been able to utilize any DPA with any deal as of now, but it is fun to keep it as a possible tool for use in the right situation.
