I follow the six principles outlined in 'The Miracle Morning' (Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading and Writing).  

To quote Lil Wayne: "Real G's move in silence like lasagna" ("G" as short for a gangster, hustler, a self-made successful person)It's a funny play on words, but like a lot of rap lyrics, it's actionable advice.

Silence from the seasoned promoter?

So, I'm assuming from the overwhelming silence, that lease options are pretty much dead? 

Then...silence.

Admittedly, another way to view it is they are buying your silence.
