I am shocked and disappointed by these baseless accusations.

This level of professionalism becomes second nature.Frankly, when you come from a corporate background and you enter REI you are shocked by how primitive most "investors" operate.

Nobody should be shocked by this or argue it, it's the reality of shortage market. 

I’ve noticed that most of the listings on that site in SF have average at best pics which i was shocked by (I’m sure this is not your wife).

I was honestly shocked and horrified when you didn't just say something like "Yeah, Scott, I own the frigging building - I raised the capital, formed the entity, am responsible for operations, and plan to deliver the best investor experience (and great returns) that I am capable of for the investors who I've partnered with."

It shocks me sometimes how unorganized some outfits are.We do lots of referral business with a private lender who gives FNs a 70% cashout on properties worth 178.500+. 

Next they will be in shock if they were to get zero back to worse have a clawback.   

My past self would have been shocked, but I understand the value of time and money better now and I know that those funds will serve me better in real estate than in my pension.
