I'm wondering if people had experience in any of these particular markets they could share.   

Does anyone have any info they can share about investing in properties that have had unpaid taxes for a long time but aren't on the sheriff's auction or resale list?

You want to be priced under that number since the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas will be shared.
