If you look around the world, and what happens when elections are held, oftentimes riots break out, cities are destroyed, people are killed if a group doesn't like the outcome.

The riots have been a non issue as I speak with other investors as to their attitude.

I would buy in a suburb of baltimore , and commute ,  pay less property taxes , lower car insurance , lower home insurance , your own driveway , better schools , much better chance of appreciation , no riots .
