@Ella Marie, I can't speak on behalf of your market, but in my respective market, competition is tough, and the successful fix-and-flip vendors are often full-time operating businesses.

Couple listing options: range pricing, new photos, cancel and re-list, and stage the property. 

Or, you could buy a generic condo in Orlando, put crap furniture in it with bad photos and lose a lot of money...

I'm sure I'm no different in some respects than many other newbies, I just want some ideas on the process of creative financing or maybe how to partner with someone else.
