Send a written notice (yes, paper) to the tenants with proof of delivery required (the postal carriers have this time to an art form; it's inexpensive and you get confirmation via email or receipt very quickly; it does not require the tenant to sign - it just confirms that the notice was delivered.A paying, respectful tenant is golden.

What I find to be most valuable: Ease of use, cost-savings and efficiency and here's what I mean: If using an interior designer to furnish your rental, they will hand you a list of supplies + furniture to buy and what I was able to do with Minoan is upload that list as a CSV file and then they come back with a quote of all of the items they can fulfill along with their respective discount. 

He had a tech job and we talked the business and he was legit and when meeting the family, they were very respectful. 

We spend our time here in Toledo providing responsibly managed housing and treating our residents with the respect any of us on this forum would appreciate. 

My payment after was 3461 rents 6350(with new tenants coming in I raised rents in apts 2 and 3 to 1800/1850 respectively.  

Then she quit saying that I didn’t respect her and I had to scramble to hire someone else.
