I can reprogram new tenant PINs in 30 seconds.

After that happening a few times we got smart and had the company that services them, reprogram to turn that option off.  

Doesn't have to be the most expensive, but something that is more durable because some tenants are rough on stuff.For door locks, get one that the PM can reprogram/rekey (assuming they do it-mine hired a locksmith for some reason).
