Maybe I'll look into wholesaling, seems to be a reoccurring theme!

I have a nasty reoccurring issue at one of my multifamily complexes.

Their old apartment had reoccurring water leaker coming from the roof.

And in the future ask about reoccurring payments, if you want that information.Also you should ask if there are children who are there full time, part time, occasionally such as Summer, weekends, school breaks. 

Thanks, @Jennifer BeadlesI see some in TX, FL but mostly like 50+ years old. now I am thinking how old is too old, as they might have reoccurring repairs and potentially major issues.what do you feel how old property is okay to get into ?

During my year or so of research before going into this there was a reoccurring theme of building the right team.

There is always gonna be someone pointing the finger at someone else and ofter times these reoccurring issues  can cause some enforcement to be advocated for and in turn put into place (such as the wholesaling laws in IL).

I'm kinda running thru strategies right now and that just seemed to be a re-occuring issue in the strategies I'm considering other than flips.

My question for anyone willing to help me is, what are some reoccurring problems you’ve faced while working with general contractors in your experience investing in real estate?

There are a lot of costs and reoccurring fees for real estate agents.
