I have a former CFO client in Lebanon and you remind me a lot of him...you know what you like, you're very thorough, and you know your numbers!

Remind them you had professionals out there to inspect the place multiple times and they found no problems.If they claim that their insurance policy needs your info, tell them to give you their info and you will contact their insurer directly.

I also sent another message 7 days before, just reminding them that we offer different packages if they haven't already gotten one.

One think I sometimes try to remind people is that EVERY APPLICANT qualifies for a rental!

From an investment standpoint this reminds me I believe of a Bill Cosby story line I believe.  

As a new investor, your story is a powerful reminder of how important it is for me to be meticulous in protecting my investments.

I can feel that spark of excitement you’ve got.. it reminds me of the thrill I had when I first dove into real estate decades ago.

It reminds me of the Charles Schwab study - their best performing retail investment accounts were from dead people that never closed out the account.

And a reminder of our appraisal and rental documents for acquisition that everyone should have access to fill in and view when doing your research.
