The population is officially growing again, and there’s been a lot of investment in infrastructure and development in recent years, which makes it unique compared to some other Midwest markets.One thing to keep in mind, though, is that Detroit is very much a block-by-block city.

It's an amazing place to learn and grow in real estate.

From the architectural wonders of Downtown to the tranquil, family-friendly communities on the outskirts, there’s always something new to explore and learn.The city’s constant evolution means different investment opportunities are always surfacing, whether it's the push for sustainable living or a growing emphasis on smart home technology.

I am looking for a solid real estate agent and eventually will need a home inspector, possible property manager/etc. in regards to the process.I have a few family friends which I am blessed to have mentored me the past few years in this field and I am determined/diligent to learn and grow. 

You get a deduction for the contribution, the gains grow tax-free and as long as you use the proceeds for health-related expenses the funds come out tax free as well. 

I’ve done both to grow from 2 paid off STR and now have 29 SFR by using equity that was sitting there doing absolutely nothing for me to buy more and more with 20% down.

As I look to grow, I’m considering joining a coaching/mentorship program like Partner Driven or something similar.
